The useful part, first
- USFans distinguishes Purchased from warehouse receipt and storage.
- Match any domestic tracking record to the specific item order.
- Use the available records and an order enquiry; do not assume a universal waiting period.
1. Read the exact status using the official definitions
USFans’s order-status help separates purchase, seller dispatch, warehouse receipt, inspection and storage. The relevant stages are summarized below. Read the label currently shown for your order instead of treating every stage as “shipped.”
This describes the published workflow, not a live assessment of your order. A status table does not establish when an individual seller will dispatch or when an item will complete inspection. Keep the status, its timestamp if shown, and the order reference together.
| Status | Stage described by USFans | Useful next record to check |
|---|---|---|
| Purchased | Purchase made; waiting for delivery to the warehouse | Seller dispatch information |
| Shipped (Local) | Seller has sent the items to the warehouse | The matching domestic shipment |
| Received | Arrived at USFans; awaiting inspection | Receipt and inspection progress |
| Stock Arrived | Inspection and weighing complete; awaiting stocking | Storage progress |
| Stored | Item stored in the warehouse | The item’s warehouse record |
2. Match seller dispatch and domestic delivery to the item
If your order is still at Purchased, check whether the order record contains seller dispatch information or a request for clarification. If a domestic tracking number is supplied, keep the carrier name with it and confirm which item or group of items it refers to. Do not substitute the international parcel number from a different shipment.
If a carrier page shows delivery, save that event and ask the service to match it with the item order. Record what the tracking actually says rather than concluding that inspection or storage is complete. For an order with several items, ask which ones the shipment covers before assuming the same progress applies to every item.

3. Separate warehouse receipt from a visible stored item
USFans has a separate help article for orders marked Received that do not yet appear in Warehouse. It explains that inspection and weighing come before confirmed storage, and that the item is visible for arranging shipment once it reaches Stored. That is why receipt and a ready-to-ship warehouse entry should not be treated as the same event.
Compare the order reference in the receipt information with the warehouse view you are checking. Note any mismatch or unclear stage and ask about that specific record. If you are using the website in another language, include the exact displayed label in your enquiry rather than guessing its equivalence from a forum translation.

4. Ask a question that identifies the missing stage
Prepare a short record with the item name, chosen size/color, item order ID, status, any domestic carrier event and the question still unanswered. A useful enquiry might read: “Order [reference] shows [status]. The attached domestic event is [event and date]. Can you confirm whether seller dispatch, warehouse receipt, inspection or storage is the next step, and whether you need information from me?” This is an editorial example.
Use the enquiry or support option available in your account and keep the reply with the order. This guide does not assign a fixed number of days to every purchase or recommend cancelling an order from a status label alone. Once the item is stored, review the relevant photos and options before making a separate international shipping decision. If the question concerns a parcel already sent overseas, use the tracking guide instead.
Keep this with your notes
Before you move on
- The exact item order and selected options are identified.
- The displayed status and any event date are recorded.
- Domestic and international tracking numbers are kept separate.
- A delivery event is not assumed to mean inspection is complete.
- The enquiry asks about the specific stage and any action needed from you.
Questions & answers
Does Purchased mean the item is already in the warehouse?
USFans defines Purchased separately from warehouse receipt and storage. Check whether the order has moved to Received or Stored rather than inferring receipt from purchase alone.
Why can Received appear before the item is visible in Warehouse?
USFans explains that inspection and weighing precede confirmed storage. The official help points to Stored as the stage at which the item can be seen in Warehouse for arranging delivery.
How many days should every order take to reach Stored?
This guide does not give a universal deadline. Use the information for your order and ask which stage is pending, especially if you have a delivery event that needs matching.
