02 / Make a useful comparison

How to compare shoes in a USFans Spreadsheet

A useful footwear shortlist records the exact model and sizing evidence, not just a brand name. These checks help you compare different types of shoes without assuming that a familiar size will fit every pair.

01 / Shoes

Start with the shoe type and the exact colorway

Separate everyday sneakers, high-tops, loafers and slides before comparing prices. They have different constructions and openings, so two listings with the same size label can still be poor substitutes for one another. Save the product URL alongside the model name and selected color.

Use the preview to identify a candidate, then inspect the listing’s side, heel and sole views. A similar panel layout or familiar logo does not establish that two sellers offer the same version. If the title and photos disagree, clarify the item before choosing a size.

02 / Shoes

Compare foot length, sizing systems and the listing chart

Record your foot measurements and check which sizing system the seller uses. Nike’s footwear reference explicitly separates measured foot length from the CM label on its boxes. That is a useful reason to read chart headings carefully rather than treating every centimeter value as interchangeable.

For a listing that provides an insole measurement, establish how it was taken; it is not automatically the same as a recommended foot length. Check width information and the shape of the toe area where available. This guide has not tried on the products and does not assign a universal size-up rule.

03 / Shoes

Use inspection photos to check the chosen pair

If photos are attached to your order, compare the visible size labels, color panels, heel details and both shoes with your selected listing. Ask for clarification when an important detail is obscured. Historical photos from another buyer can provide context, but they do not inspect your pair.

Keep the box decision with your parcel notes. Packaging changes can affect the final parcel, so compare the shipping options presented for the actual packed order rather than assuming the product-card price covers delivery.

USFans Shoes Spreadsheet FAQ

A few specific questions to resolve before you move from a catalog candidate to your selected item.

Understand catalog and order photos
Should I use my usual sneaker size for every listing?

Use the chart and measurement information for the exact listing. A familiar size label alone does not establish the fit, particularly when switching between sneakers, loafers and slides.

Is a shoe’s CM label the same as my foot length?

Do not assume so. Read the chart headings and the seller’s measurement explanation. Nike’s official footwear guide, for example, distinguishes the box CM label from measured foot length.

Do these shoe photos prove authenticity or performance?

No. The images are catalog previews. Brand names are source listing labels; this guide has not authenticated, worn or performance-tested the shoes.

Are the USD shoe prices final delivered prices?

They are estimates from the dated CNY source prices. Check the current listing and your buying service’s payment, packaging and shipping details for the complete amount.
