The useful part, first
- The published storage period differs by service type.
- Use the warehouse status event rather than the payment date.
- Confirm the required action before expiry; do not assume an extension.
1. Match the published period to your service
At our review, USFans’s warehouse help lists 90 days for purchasing-agent parcels and 60 days for forwarding parcels, starting from the date the order shows Warehoused. Confirm your service type and the current terms shown for the order before relying on a date.
The page says goods can be treated as abandoned and destroyed if the required shipment submission or feedback is not received within the time limit. It does not establish a grace period or an extension service. Ask the official order channel before expiry if you cannot complete the required step.
| Service described | Published period | Starting event described |
|---|---|---|
| Purchasing-agent parcels | 90 days | Order shows Warehoused |
| Forwarding parcels | 60 days | Order shows Warehoused |
2. Keep one row for each warehouse order
Record the order reference, service type, warehouse date, displayed expiry and any unresolved issue. Copy a deadline from the order screen when available, including its time zone. If only a date is shown or translated status labels differ, ask support to confirm the exact applicable event and cutoff.
For example, an older hoodie order and a later shoe order should remain separate entries in your notes. The newer arrival is not evidence that the hoodie received a new storage period. This is an illustration of record keeping, not an observed extension rule.
| Field | What to save |
|---|---|
| Order / service type | Reference and purchasing-agent or forwarding service |
| Warehouse event | Displayed date, status and time zone if supplied |
| Expiry / required action | Displayed deadline and written clarification |
| Open question | QC, return, packing or route issue and case reference |

3. Resolve dependencies before the last day
Work backwards from the earliest deadline in your shortlist. Leave time to resolve a variant question, obtain requested photos, compare packing and check that a route accepts the items. This is planning advice; it does not establish a processing-time guarantee.
If an action is unclear, ask whether submitting a shipment order, completing payment or another step satisfies the requirement for your order. Keep the reply. Do not assume that opening a support conversation, obtaining a shipping estimate or leaving an item selected has stopped the storage clock.

4. Ask about an exception without assuming one exists
If you are waiting on a seller or cannot arrange shipment, give support the order references and the displayed expiry. Ask what options are available, any cost, the final deadline and how a confirmed change will appear in the account. A request is not an extension until the service confirms it.
Keep warehouse storage, return eligibility and transit time in separate fields. A long storage allowance does not imply a long return window, and the shipping estimate does not tell you how much warehouse time remains. Use the linked guides for those separate decisions.
Keep this with your notes
Before you move on
- Each order has a service type and warehouse date.
- The earliest displayed expiry is easy to find.
- The required action and cutoff have been confirmed if unclear.
- QC, return and route questions are tracked separately.
- Any exception has written confirmation rather than an assumed grace period.
